It’s back, folks! The Great Cycle Challenge 2021.
We are still feeling the rush of a massively successful year one for Team Nielsens in the 2020 GCC. Each day last year, our team members continued to surprise us as we saw both the KM and fundraising count grow and grow. We can't recall how many times we had to increase our goals over the month - but we finished the challenge incredibly grateful for such big-hearted community members who supported our riders.
Whether your riding goal is 500 or 5000km this month, your participation is what matters. You are riding for an amazing cause. Each time you clip into those pedals, feel proud!
While fundraising plays a role in the GCC, we don't require fundraising to join the team. But you'd be surprised how many of your facebook friends would jump to support you on this journey. A quick share of your feed on social media, and an email out to friends/family is a quick and easy way to get the word out that you've joined this journey.
We are proud to announce that we raised $25,000 in 2020, and our KM's peaked at almost 15,000. We could never have imagined getting to those numbers, so let's do it again.
