Can I drop by bike off without an appointment?

While service appointments are recommended, they are not required. However, having an appointment will help us schedule accordingly and will result in a quicker turnaround time. We will notify you when your bike is ready to be picked up, and we don’t require appointments for bicycle pickup.

Is there parking available?

Street parking is available and, lucky for you, there is public parking directly across the street from the shop. Follow the “Green P’s”.

what is the average turnaround time for bicycle service?

Of course, each repair is different. We pride ourselves on efficient and thorough service, with a timely turnaround. If your particular repair requires extensive work or additional parts, this could lead to a longer wait time. Please talk with your mechanic during the assessment process if you have a tight deadline.

Do you offer gift certificates?

We offer gift certificates for any denomination.

I am new to cycling. Do you have staff that are able to help point me in the right direction?

Welcome to the sport! We are happy to provide our knowledge and experience to those who are looking to get on two wheels. We can help ensure you have the right gear, clothing and bicycle to make your transition into riding as seamless as possible.

Will there always be a mechanic on duty?

Yep, you bet!

Do you accept trade-ins?

Depending on our stock level, we may or may not be able to accept trade-ins. This will be on a bicycle to bicycle basis.
